My Teaching Philosophy

It is my belief that if I can motivate students to challenge themselves, hold me and them accountable and work together as a team, students will not only learn but develop life-long skills to improve themselves as well as the organizations they work with. I will do my best to help students gain the confidence they need to be a great leader and decision-maker through a transformational culture. Learning is a personal experience and it differs for everyone. My teaching philosophy is to work with each individual student to determine what skills they want to pursue for a career and help them develop a plan to achieve those skills.
