My Teaching Philosophy

My teaching philosophy is based upon the practical application of research-based principles, models and frameworks in common business situations. This is accomplished by making the models and frameworks understandable through lectures / discussions and the guided application of these using the team-based, case study approach. In this way, experiential learning is enhanced through peer interaction.
